CrafterTech AI ("CrafterTech", "we", "us") is an AI automation company based in Delhi, India. We operate the website at https://craftertech.co and provide AI-powered automation services to businesses.

2. What we collect

When you contact us, sign up for a discovery call, or interact with our website, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, company name, role, and the contents of messages you send us. When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects standard server log information including IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

3. How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, schedule discovery calls, send relevant updates about our services, improve our content, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Customer data in our services

For customers using our AI services, customer business data (CRM records, conversations, content) is processed under a separate Data Processing Agreement and stored in AWS Mumbai region. We do not train any AI model on customer business data. Customers retain full ownership and can request export or deletion at any time.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use minimal first-party cookies for site functionality and may use privacy-respecting analytics tools. We do not use cross-site tracking or third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable international frameworks, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Contact hello@craftertech.co for any privacy request — we respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We follow industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users without undue delay in the event of a material data breach.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
