CrafterTech AI provides AI automation services including social media automation, custom AI CRM/ERP, voice agents, and AI product development. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or Service Agreement) signed by both parties.

3. Website use

You may view, print, and share content from this site for personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of the site without written permission. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, code — is owned by CrafterTech AI or its licensors. The CrafterTech name and logo are trademarks of CrafterTech AI. Use of any trademark requires prior written consent.

5. Customer obligations

For customers engaging us for services: you agree to provide accurate information, necessary access, and timely feedback to enable us to deliver. You retain ownership of your business data and content. We retain ownership of generic methodologies, frameworks, and any reusable code components developed across engagements.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will maintain the confidentiality of the other's non-public information. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of any engagement for three years.

7. Disclaimers

The site and any free content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors; customers should review outputs before acting on them. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability under these Terms or any related engagement is limited to fees paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India.
